Silent Auction Bidding Rules
Any submitted bid is considered a written obligation and must be paid before leaving the premises.
All auction items have a designated minimum bid and will not be sold below the stated minimum.
Each auction item has set bid increments. Each additional bid must be equal to or greater than the previous bid by the item’s stated minimum bid increment to be accepted.
At bidding close, the last entry on the bid sheet with the highest bid will win the item.
Winning bidders are responsible for paying for and removing all their purchased items on the day of the event.
Payment methods accepted are cash, personal check, AMEX, Visa, and MasterCard only. Please make checks payable to Foothill Auxiliary.
Bidding for Silent Auction items will close at 12:40 PM, when the luncheon service begins. The highest bidders must settle their bill at the checkout tables between 1:45 and 2:30 PM. Please check the auction tables to find out if you won any items.
