 Silent Auction Bidding Rules

• Any submitted bid is considered a written obligation and must be paid before leaving the premises.

• All auction items have a designated minimum bid and will not be sold below the stated minimum.

• Each auction item has set bid increments. Each additional bid must be equal to or greater than the previous bid by the item’s stated minimum bid increment to be accepted.

• At bidding close, the last entry on the bid sheet with the highest bid will win the item.

• Winning bidders are responsible for paying for and removing all their purchased items on the day of the event.

• Payment methods accepted are cash, personal check, AMEX, Visa, and MasterCard only. Please make checks payable to Foothill Auxiliary.

• Bidding for Silent Auction items will close at 12:40 PM, when the luncheon service begins. The highest bidders must settle their bill at the checkout tables between 1:45 and 2:30 PM. Please check the auction tables to find out if you won any items.
